Cheryl-Anne Boyer is the First Nations Affairs Lead at Wesfarmers, where she drives the company’s strategy and engagement to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. In this role, Cheryl-Anne champions Indigenous inclusion across Wesfarmers’ diverse business units, fostering opportunities for meaningful partnerships, economic participation, and cultural awareness. Drawing on her extensive experience in environmental science and sustainable development, she brings a strong commitment to embedding Indigenous perspectives in corporate governance and social responsibility initiatives. Cheryl-Anne plays a key role in advancing Wesfarmers’ Reconciliation Action Plan and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to support Indigenous business development and workforce strategies. Her leadership is instrumental in ensuring Wesfarmers’ ongoing contribution to First Nations empowerment and long-term economic reconciliation.
