Adam Davids

CEO

Career Trackers

Adam Davids is a proud Wiradjuri man and the CEO of CareerTrackers, a national non-profit organisation dedicated to creating pathways and support systems for First Nations university students through paid, multi-year internships. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, Adam has been instrumental in expanding CareerTrackers' reach, supporting over 3,000 internships and building an alumni network of more than 1,000 First Nations professionals .

A Fulbright Scholar and Kenneth Myer Innovation Fellow, Adam's research has focused on global racial equity standards and their application within Australian contexts . He is also the Managing Partner of First Nations Equity Partners, engaging with ASX 200 companies to enhance Indigenous inclusion.

Adam's leadership extends to his role as a Non-Executive Director at Social Ventures Australia, where he contributes to strategies aimed at empowering Indigenous communities . His commitment to Indigenous economic empowerment and representation continues to drive meaningful change across Australia.
