Ronald Jones
National Aboriginal Engagement Manager
UGL
Ronald Jones is an experienced professional with a strong background in Aboriginal engagement and workplace health and safety management. Currently serving as the National Aboriginal Engagement Manager at UGL since June 2021, Ronald previously held the role of Aboriginal Engagement Manager (East) and Workforce Development & Industry Participation Manager at the same company, where responsibilities included developing Indigenous initiatives and enhancing diversity within the workforce. Prior to UGL, Ronald was the National WHS Manager at Avopiling Pty Ltd from September 2011 to April 2019, overseeing the implementation of health and safety management systems and compliance with legislative requirements. Additional experience includes serving as a Trainer and Assessor at Forktalk/Safetalk from June 2010 to September 2011. Ronald Jones completed education at Sarah Redfern High School from 1989 to 1995.
